Developing CSP#11

CSP#11 is developed in a csp repository. To checkout that repository:

cvs -d:pserver:anonymous@cvs.labs.libre-entreprise.org:/cvsroot/csp11 login 
cvs -z3 -d:pserver:anonymous@cvs.labs.libre-entreprise.org:/cvsroot/csp11 co csp-eleven

CSP#11 can be either compiled with cygwin and a gnu makefile, or using visual studio and a project file.
