- Merge with smart card bundle? csp#11 ships with an old version of opensc, csp ships with both opensc and csp#11.
- Makefile for visual studio vc7 compiling - currently there are gnu makefiles and a visual studio project.

- extensive testing. maybe a special server, test certificates etc.?
