make sure Cherry smartboard is recognised as a ccid device

Description

The Cherry smartboard G83-6744 works well with openct using the ccid driver, but is not discovered automatically. Please add a line usb:046a/0010 in the ccid driver section of /etc/openct.conf(.in)
