Spring cleanup

Main goals:

  • WindowsInstaller and MacInstaller branded as OpenSC
  • All patches and forks floating on the net are integrated or at least reviewed and added to a milestone.
  • All tickets in Trac are reviewed and vetted, those assigned to 0.12.0 are solved.

Auxiliary goals:

  • Internal API-s re-arranged and cleaned to reflect current smart card technologies
  • SecureMessaging infrastructure in place
  • Good documentation to work with JavaCard-s
