[http://www.risacher.org/putty-cac/putty-cac-experimental/windows/putty.exe putty.exe] from [http://risacher.yi.org/putty-cac/ Putty-CAC], an improved version of [http://www.joebar.ch/puttysc/ Putty-SC] adds PKCS!#11 support to putty, which the upstream version does not have. It works flawlessly with OpenSC PKCS!#11 module.
Using the [http://www.risacher.org/putty-cac/putty-cac-experimental/windows/pageant.exe pageant.exe] from Putty-CAC allows to use [http://winscp.net/eng/index.php WinSCP] with smart cards as well.
