Smart Card Bundle 0.3 released

The OpenSC team is today relesing Smart Card Bundle 0.3, an installer package
for windows with OpenSSL, OpenSC and Putty with smart card patches.

This version includes OpenSSL 0.9.7g, OpenSC 0.9.6 and Putty 0.57 plus 
patches. Pageant has not been patched so far.
