libp11 0.2.1 and engine_pkcs11 0.1.3 released

Libp11 0.2.1 released
=====================

Too late we found out one additional function has to be exported so that 
engine_pkcs11 can work correctly on windows. This small update fixes this
issue, and also has small fixes in the documentation and silences one warning
in an example code file.

Engine_pkcs11 0.1.3 released
============================

Now libp11 >= 0.2.1 is required to compile. The last version did not properly
link on windows, as libp11 didn't export all functions needed. Together with
the new libp11 this issue should be closed. Also the new slot/key string 
parsing code in 0.1.2 had several regressions which should be all solved now:
now you can also specify the slot only (and the first key/cert to be found 
will be used), or specify neither (slot 0 is the default and the first 
key/cert). 

If you had any problem with engine_pkcs11 0.1.2, please update to the new
libp11 0.2.1 and engine_pkcs11 0.1.3 and try again. Please let us know
if your problem is solve in the new release, or provide full details on
the issues remaining.
